We ship to the whole of Europe, although it might be best to check your favourite store to get one of our swaps. Here are the details on how our zero-waste swaps make their way to you.
CO2 Neutral delivery
All our products are shipped in CO2 neutrality. From its conception to you, every kilometre and transport method is monitored to offset CO2 emissions. Read more about how we achieve a CO2 neutral supply chain here.
Get the zero-waste swap in your local store
All our products are packed plastic-free that we guarantee. We aim to eliminate plastic packaging in the delivery process as much as possible. Still, sometimes, our third-party logistic provider makes mistakes. It does not happen often, but there is always a risk.
Therefore, we prefer working with our network of online and offline retailers that have the Bambaw products in stock.
For guaranteed plastic-free shipping, ask your favourite zero waste store for Bambaw products. If they do not have the products, send us a message, and we will contact them.

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. However, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- I can return my item if:
The item must be unused, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
- I cannot return my item if:
The item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts  will be non-returnable. Other types of goods are too exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Health and personal care items .

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Suppose the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later. In that case, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
